How longs does the delivery take?
- The shipping takes 2-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Can there be longer shipping times?
- Larger products that are sold out, of course, must be re-produced. It may well lead to a delay of max. 2-3 business days to come.
What material is the print made of?
- Polylactide (PLA)
Which choice of colors do I have?
- Currently we only offer black printing. The option will be extended in the next few weeks and several colors will be available.
Can I send an individual requests?

When can I return shipping?
- If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can easily return them within 14 days.
*The postage costs for the returned package must be borne by the customer.
